Preppy Pattern Play

This outfit is really something else. I honestly have a lot of mixed feelings about this look. On one hand, when the whole thing came together I felt super cute! On the other hand, multiple pieces are rented and I wouldn’t actually purchase them. However, I’m wearing some of my favorite accessories!

You all know I love this headband set from Amazon. It’s $9.99 for three and the pearls and velvet combo look so chic. These are staples for me.

My earrings are old, but I found some alternates that I think are soooo cute!

And this necklace? Duh, it’s seriously adorable! I find myself wearing it all the time around the holidays. It gives me mad winter/Christmas vibes.

We start to veer in another direction with this sweater. It honestly looks beautiful, but it’s itchy and feels cheap. I wouldn’t buy it. I usually love pieces by Central Park West, but this one is a struggle for me. However, the fact that I can rent it is amazing. My unlimited membership via Rent the Runway lets me try so many things I would never be able to wear otherwise. AND you have the option to buy anything you rent if you love it, so when you do find those really special pieces you can just keep them at a member discount. It’s amazing! If anyone reading this would ever like to try unlimited, shoot me a message. I occasionally have discounts to give out.

This skirt is also rented and is by Polo Ralph Lauren, easily one of my favorite brands. It’s really cute and moves well, but the thin material isn’t worth the price tag. I can’t endorse this one.

The belt is a go-to staple from H&M. I literally wear it all the time.

My bag is also a favorite. It’s a cheap faux leather tote from Amazon. It looks nice and is cruelty free, so winning!

I’m wearing a few rings here, which I know are hard to see. Two are sold out, but my favorite is still available on Etsy. A friend of mine gifted this to me ages ago and I just love it. It’s a nice surprise. I get so many comments on it! There’s also an adorable one my Alex and Ani.

Plus, my favorite fall shoes that I’ve had for five years and still look amazing!
